lost sleep over -
cohen's birthday party. i never sleep well the night before a birthday party or a big event. so, friday night was pretty restless for me. there are always a million and one things running through my mind. mix my anxiety with the stress of a party or event, and i'm sure not to sleep well. unfortunately, women in my family don't sleep well. not any of us. do you have issues falling asleep or staying asleep?

this new planner from MAAY! Is it not adorable? i love the planner that i have now and use it ALL the time. if you haven't checked out emmy's planners, you need to. they're beautiful and such a great tool for keeping your days organized.
cried about -
this will probably sound so dumb, to most of you. but, i cried about us being stuck here and about matt not finding a job in wisconsin. we have literally wanted to move for the past 8 years. there's maybe been a year or two in those 8 years when matt wasn't actively seeking employment in another state. the poor guy has applied for thousands of jobs, has his degree and just isn't hearing back from anyone. we want so badly to move to wisconsin, to make a new home and a new life for our family. although it's nice to have family so close by (and we're so grateful, because we realize that it'll be hard to move someplace where we have no family) and some great friends, we're just not "happy" here. nor do we feel at "home" here.

Hi there! Stopping over from the Last Things linkup!!! I love that planner. Def going to check it out! I'm so sorry to hear about your Husband struggling to find a job. My Husband got laid off over a year ago and it took forever for him to find a job! He ended up working for good friends of his when a spot opened up in their office. It's so tough out there. I really hope things fall into place for you and you can live where you'll be really happy someday soon! ps - loving that painting. So cute! Your newest follower ;)
