Vintage Sunshine: Bringing the Sweets

a couple of weeks ago you might have seen me mention on facebook and twitter that i was super excited to have my first ever blog contributor. i've not said anything until now, because life got in the way. so, today i'm super excited to tell you that Pamela from Pamela's Heavenly Treats is joining Vintage Sunshine as my Baking Contributor!

if you have never ordered from Pamela's shop, i'm telling you right now that you need to. we've ordered a couple of times and were extremely happy. the kids, matt and i all enjoyed the delicious treats. and, it was SO easy to just toss in the wet/fresh ingredients and be done!

every other tuesday, Pamela will be here sharing a delicious recipe from her kitchen or one of our pinterest boards. either way, you can count on Pamela "healthing up" the recipes, while keeping them tasting absolutely delish! i hope that you'll check back every other tuesday to see what she's whipped up! if you have a recipe that you love, but it needs a healthy tweak, feel free to let either Pamela or i know. maybe it'll be featured in one of her posts.

My name is Pamela the lovely lady behind Pamela's Heavenly Treats, I must first say that without God none of this would be possible. I am a wife, mother of 6, homeschool teacher and I have a small Healthy Cupcake & Cookie business. Everything that I make is made with 100% Whole Wheat Flour and my secret ingredients.

I love to tweak my old recipes, making them more healthy so you can eat more than 1 cupcake or a handful of cookies. Even though I use healthy ingredients it doesn't mean that my treats are not good, that's the one thing that I strive for, is to make them YUMMY as my kids say. They are my taste testers so if they say thumbs down then I will try again!

I am so excited about being a Baking Contributor at Vintage Sunshine where the lovely Alyson blogs. I am thankful to have met her, it seems like we have known each other forever. I cant wait to start baking all of those things that we have pinned but never get around to doing it!
